DROP-OFF SERVICE: Save money by bringing your photos to
our location in Kentwood (see the "Location / Contact Info"
page). Your completed package- which includes your digital
photos on computer disc and your thumbnail album (1" images of
each photo for easy reference) -will be ready for pick-up within
five business days.

PICK-UP / DELIVERY SERVICE: WMPO can pick up your
photos and then deliver your completed package within five
business days. Additional fee applies.

MAIL ORDER SERVICE: Send your photos to WMPO. Your
completed package and photos will be sent to you using the
same packaging and carrier that you chose to send them to
us within five business days.

For all services, full payment is required prior to delivery of your
completed package.

Preparing Your Photos For Service:
The way you prepare your photos will be the way
they appear on the DVD. Here are some tips:
  • FAST, attentive service at affordable rates

  • WMPO is an independent company best suited to meet your
    individual needs

  • Your completed scanning package includes a thumbnail
    album with file names of each photo for easy reference.
  1. Remove photos from albums.
  2. Organize photos into batches. You can sort photos by
    subject, year it was taken, etc. Rubber bands, Zip-loc
    bags, or manila folders work well for this.
  3. Ensure all photos have the same orientation: front to
    back and top to bottom.
  4. Set aside photos that require special handling *:
  • Photos in a permanent cardboard frame
  • Vintage, metal plate photos
  • Photos thicker than 1.5 mm (Most Polaroid photos
    and postcards do not require special handling).
* "Special Handling" photos require manual
scanning. There is an additional charge.
